Welcome to the Colestock Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at Quincy Village where our staff, volunteers and families work together to help people regain their independence, renew their strength, or live out their lives in a caring, supportive environment.

Specialized rehabilitation therapy is provided for seniors needing inpatient rehabilitation after a stroke, joint replacement, fracture, or recuperative care following hospitalization. By using an individualized approach, our therapy teams shorten lengths of stay in the rehabilitation process, with the goal to return the person to their home as soon as possible.

Long term skilled nursing care for residents needing ongoing supervision by licensed nursing staff, when they do not qualify for Medicare reimbursement, or need nursing services for a longer period of time.

Alzheimer’s and Dementia care in a secured unit. Special programming and approaches enable residents, staff and families to create an environment that is supportive, calm and secure.

Skilled nursing respite services provide temporary relief and peace of mind to family caregivers when they are away or on vacation.
