Imagine the perfect blend of personal care and independence. Welcome to Assisted Living at Quincy Village offering a home-like setting with attention to detail and excellent service.
With fewer than 40 residents, we enjoy fulfilling our commitment to meeting individual needs in a caring environment. We’re proud to be known for our gracious surroundings, wonderful meals, socially stimulating activities, and 24–hour supervision of medical needs by nursing staff.
We also offer short, respite assisted living stays that are affordable and easy to arrange. We’re the perfect place for older adults who want a comfortable home-away-from-home when families are out of town.
If you’re looking for a different kind of assisted living, where “best” friends enjoy sharing a cup of coffee, relaxing on the front porch, going on trips, we invite you to Contact Us and schedule a tour.
The following are some of the most “frequently asked questions” about Assisted Living at Quincy Village:
- Do I have to be a resident of Quincy Village to be considered for admission to the assisted living residence?
- No. Our current residents, however, have priority should they need additional care. Call for availability.
- Must I be Methodist or Presbyterian to be accepted for admission?
- No. As a PHI community, we enjoy the strength and stability of an organization that has served seniors for more than 80 years. Caring for people is not just our job – it’s our calling. It is our policy to admit and treat all residents without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, sex, religious creed, handicap or disability.
- Why does being not-for-profit make a difference?
- Quincy Village is proud to be a faith-based, not-for-profit provider which places “people before profits”. While for-profit facilities have the dual responsibility of providing care and satisfying the needs of investors, our attention can be more sharply focused on meeting the needs of the people we serve. We also enjoy strong volunteer participation which adds to the quality of life for residents, even when the cost of these programs is not covered by Medicare and Medicaid.
- What does it cost to apply for Assisted Living?
- There are no application or entrance fees.
- If I am only looking for a short stay, can you accommodate me?
- Though many of our residents have enjoyed living here for several years, we welcome respite and recuperative stays. Contact us for more information.
- Are you reasonably priced?
- Our rates are competitive. The daily fee reflects the charge for the assisted living accommodations and the day-to-day costs of providing quality service and care.
